The study explores the influence of followers’ expectations on leaders’ behavior, based on a qualitative bounded case study design of six Evangelical church leaders in Amman. The writers attempt to answer two questions. The first is how would the church leaders act if their theories were in direct conflict with their followers’ ones and the second is whether they would conform to their different followers’ expectations in relation with the biblical core values.
