This article focuses Christians at various moments in 20th and 21st centuries of Palestinian history. More often than not, the Muslim–Christian relations are examined via an Islamic theological perspective and/or Muslim practices in relation to Christian and other non-Muslim communities. Contrary to this trend, the author examines and assesses the role of Christian communities in shaping interreligious discourse and comparing them with practices of the Druze community in Palestine.
