Within the context of the Arab Spring, this paper examines Israel's policy on Arab Christians during the Arab Spring. The author argues that Israel attempted to exploit the chaotic enviroment of the Arab Spring by implementing a “Druzification policy” directed exclusively towards Arab Christians of Israel, such as voluntary conscription, definition of Arab-Christians as a separate category in public service, and recognition of new national identity for Christian citizens.
